Weight Loss Script for People Who Have Hidden Fears About Losing Weight Many people - women, in particular - remain heavy despite all of their conscious attempts at weight loss because on a subconscious level they have a fear of losing weight. Losing weight means being smaller and more vulnerable to larger people. Many women unconsciously keep on the extra pounds because of a fear of unwanted sexual attention or a fear of violent sexual predators. Some fear what others will say if they lose weight; they do not want to endure intrusive commentary from others - even if it is positive. They may subconsciously fear the jealousy of other people. If you have unwanted pounds and you feel and emotional resonance with any of the above statements, then the following hypnotic induction may be for you. Sit comfortably... Now... when you have found a comfortable position, close your eyes and become completely aware of all of the tension in every muscle of your body. You can feel the tension.... feel it in every muscle and every fiber... Now... take a deep breath... inhale slowly and allow that breath to adhere to all of the areas of tension... let it absorb the tension... then... Exhale slowly... release all of the tension... Let it go... see it flowing out of your body as you exhale. Again, breathe deeply and if any tension remains, it will be magnetized to your breath... Exhale... and as you exhale... you can see the tension flowing out of your body. ...And with each breath you take... you become more and more deeply relaxed... until you are so relaxed that you feel as if you are floating... Your body is so light... you feel your body is like a feather floating on the air... Your entire body is now light as a feather and it is drifting down ever so gently down, floating on the air and as it floats down you become deeply, deeply relaxed until... finally... you drift into a deep sleep... You are no more completely relaxed than you have ever been before... so completely relaxed... and whenever you hear the word sleep, you will automatically go deeper and deeper asleep... into the deepest sleep you can ever remember. And you are enjoying this feeling of floating.... gently floating... and as you continue to drift... it doesn't matter where you go, you can still hear the sound of my voice... Imagine yourself at your ideal size and shape... you are slender and you feel very good... you feel very strong and your muscles and your skin feel youthful and firm... ...Now look at yourself in a mirror... you are slender and youthful and you look exactly as you want to. And, as you continue to gaze at yourself in the mirror, take note of any emotions that you have... acknowledge everything you feel... taking each feeling that you have one at a time... If you have any unpleasant feelings about the way you look... you will simply acknowledge it... you will become consciously aware of it... then you will see let it go.... ...if you have any negative emotions, you will acknowledge that emotion, then dismiss it... let it go... Now... Look at yourself in the mirror. ...And see how good you look... how slender and healthy you look... and notice how very good you feel... feel the strength in your muscles... you feel very young and you like the way you feel and you like the way you look... you feel good and that is all that matters to you... You know that you have the right to look and feel good... it is good for you to look and feel good... it is right and it is good for you to be slender, healthy and happy because you know that because you are exactly how you want to be that you will be happier and everyone around you will benefit... the people around you will be happy because you are happy. And... now, look at yourself in the mirror... you are slender and healthy... and you feel very, very good... you feel each of your muscles and they are strong... you are strong... and you become stronger... with each breath, you can feel the muscles in your body becoming firmer and more youthful... and you feel stronger and stronger... you feel stronger and more powerful than you have ever felt before. Imagine now that other people are looking at you... you can feel their eyes on you... men and women are looking at you... you are slender and strong... and as you feel their eyes upon you... as 20 pairs of eyes gaze at you with various expressions... you acknowledge any unpleasant emotions that you may feel... whatever they are... then allow them to quickly vanish. Those unpleasant emotions are gone forever... They are gone because you are strong, powerful and completely confident... ...And you only care about how good you feel... everything else fades away... the only thing that is important is that you look and feel good... you feel youthful and strong... you feel powerful.... There is no other feeling now except that feeling of strength... and power. Other people's gazes and what other people say means nothing to you... you are impervious... you are now amazingly strong... you surprise yourself at your own strength and power and how good you feel... and you go on having that feeling... and you will have that feeling now and forever... With every breath you feel stronger and more powerful than ever before... and as you lose weight and become that slender ideal that you see in the mirror, you will become even stronger... you will be able to feel the tightness and firmness of your muscles... and you love this feeling... and you will easily lose weight now... because as you do... you become stronger and more powerful... you can feel it... and you are only concerned with that feeling... how good you feel. And it is good for you to feel good because it will make everyone around you feel good... You are now very aware of your breathing.... and with each breath you become even stronger than before. Each muscle gains more strength... and you will remember this feeling... and as you become more and more slender and as you lose more and more weight, you gain more strength and power... you will feel it in ever muscle... In a few moments I will say the word awaken and when I do, you will open your eyes and feel alert and refreshed as if you had slept for 8 restful hours... and you will remember how good it feels to be slender and strong... you will remember the feeling of power and how good it feels and how good it makes the people around you feel... and you will remember this good feeling every time you look in the mirror and notice that you have lost a little weight... you will remember it as you feel the weight dropping from your body and as you feel lighter and lighter your muscles grow stronger and stronger... and you will be stronger and more powerful than you have ever been before.... And... now... One... Two... Three... Awaken!
